Yuletide is a popular annual rare-fandoms gift exchange fan fiction challenge, encompassing gen, het, femslash, and slash. The idea of Yuletide is to provide fiction for people who may never have seen any stories for a source they love, or have seen so few that they're starving for them.

Diese Sammlung enthält Geschichten des GSSU Archivs. Das Archiv wurde im Jahre 2000 als Ergänzung zur Querstrich Mailingliste erstellt, es wurde Ende 2012 geschlossen. Um diesen Teil der Geschichte des deutschsprachigen Fandoms zu erhalten, wurde das GSSU Archiv ins Archive of Our Own mit Hilfe des Open Doors Projektes importiert.

The Foresmutters Project is the first test case for the Open Doors project. Foresmutters is a bibliography and collection of stories from the very earliest days of recorded slash, principally Kirk/Spock from the mid-1970s. It's a tremendously valuable resource for the K/S fandom, which is still active today, and for historians of fanworks. We are hoping to grow this collection.
